King’s is a member of the Greater Manchester Consortium of Schools (details below) and as such follows the agreed consortium timetable for 11+ applicants:
Offers of 11+ places will be posted on Monday 27 February 2012 and replies are required no later than Wednesday 7 March 2012 (12 noon). If the offer includes a bursary or scholarship award, a reply is needed by Monday 5 March 2012 (12 noon). Parents who receive two or more offers must accept only one.
Some local schools do not belong to the Consortium and may have different offer and reply dates. If you are asked by a school for a decision before 27 February, please contact the Admissions Office immediately for clarification of your King’s application.
12+/13+/14+
Offers for all other age groups will be sent out on Friday 27 January 2012 and replies are required by Wednesday 8February 2012.
