“In the senior divisions, including the sixth form, pupils continue to develop high levels of knowledge, understanding and skills in a range of subjects.”
ISI Inspection 2015
We believe strongly in the development of the whole person through many and varied activities, encouraging all Sixth Form students to get involved in our extra-curricular activities. This helps in the making of new friends and helps to start that all important record of personal achievements that universities and employers value so highly.
All of our students enjoy an unrivalled range of extra-curricular opportunities, which complement and enrich student life. The ability to balance study and other interests is an invaluable life skill and we believe that a variety of experiences is an essential ingredient for our students’ success.
Every Wednesday afternoon is devoted to recreational activities. Students choose from a range of activities including art, drama, team sports, volunteering, swimming, indoor games or outdoor activities including rock-climbing, caving, abseiling and sailing.
Music, Drama and Sport are all thriving at King’s.
