About Us
King’s is one of England’s great independent schools, with a history stretching back for more than five centuries and a reputation for delivering outstanding education. We welcome boys and girls aged 3 - 18 into our dynamic, stimulating and happy co-educational learning environment.
Admissions
King's is a selective school and the admissions for all age groups are handled by our Admissions Department, who would be only too happy to answer your questions. At King's, we do all we can to guide you through the process to make it as straightforward as possible.
Academic
At King's we deliver a broad and innovative curriculum, within a supportive and stimulating learning environment that fosters an atmosphere of intellectual challenge. One of our core aims is ‘to develop lively and enquiring minds’ with an inclusive approach to challenge and enrichment.
School Life
Whether in the Infants or Sixth Form, pupils will discover passions and develop talents they never knew they had. We are committed to bringing out the best in every pupil, not making them conform to a single mould. King’s is a happy place to grow and learn - we cultivate individuality and celebrate success, of all forms.
Co-Curricular
We are renowned for our excellence in music, drama, sport and other extra-curricular activities as well as being one of the largest Duke of Edinburgh Award Centres in the Country. Co-curricular opportunities start in the Infants right through to the Sixth Form.

Our many open events enable families to come and see for themselves the amazing facilities and opportunities we have on offer at King's.
