Make a Gift

King's provides the very best learning environment for its pupils and our programme of development helps to make this possible.

In 1502, former Lord Mayor of London John Percyvale left an endowment in his will to establish a school in his home town of Macclesfield. Our school was born. Since then, the generosity of former pupils, parents and staff have led to the continued growth and success of the school.

Many former pupils choose to pass on the benefits of their education at King's by donating to our Bursary Fund. Our Bursary programme is such an important part of the school's ethos and our commitment to inclusivity. One in 10 pupils at King's receive some kind of financial assistance and, for those children, their bursary is life-changing. Our heritage means that we have a tradition of philanthropy and we want to provide more pupils with talent and promise from all backgrounds with life-changing opportunities through our bursary fund to support families and pupils who wouldn't, otherwise, be able to live the King's experience.

One of the best ways we can do this is through regular giving which enables a steady and predictable stream of income to support more pupils with bursary assistance. If you would like to find out more, contact Debbie Dawson, Development Manager on 01625 412329.

Alternatively, you are able to make online one-off or regular donations to King's Macclesfield via our King's Connect system. Click here to find out more.
