King's Cubs

• Children must be booked onto the Camp before attending, they cannot book on the day.
• Children should be picked up promptly at 6pm. Late pick-up may incur an additional charge.
• Children must be signed in and out of the cubs camps.
• All camps staff are qualified and DBS checked.

No day will be the same!  Please ensure your child is prepared for a mixture of activities and equipped appropriately. We advise the following items as a minimum:

• Sun Cream
• Wellies
• Snacks and a packed lunch. NB: we are a nut and shellfish free school - no nuts, sesame seeds, kiwi fruit or chewing gum allowed.
• Re-fillable drinks bottle
• Helmets
• Car seats are needed on trip days
• Suitable footwear
• A spare set of clothing.
• Coat or rain jacket.
• Swimming costume, swim cap, towel.

Bookings will be open from Wednesday 14 January 2026 via the Go Team Up booking system. The booking system will remain open for bookings as long as there are spaces available.

King's Cubs Charges: £38.50 per day.

Childcare vouchers can be used to pay for Clubs and vouchers should be submitted immediately to the Finance Department.

The following terms and conditions will apply:

• Children in our current Pre-School to Year 2 classes are able to attend.
• Children who have been sick or had diarrohea should not attend the camp until at least 48 hours have passed since their last symptoms.
• If your child or anyone within your household has a temperature of 37.8 or develops any one of the Covid 19 symptoms, they should not attend the camp until their symptoms have subsided.
• Children must be self sufficient in the use of toilet and changing facilities.
• Parents and carers must sign their children in and out of the camp. If your child is to be collected by another adult, please inform a member of the staff when signing in. A password or other security measures will be required.
• Parents /carers must inform staff each day if their children are unable to attend.
• Parents of children who have SENCo needs should advise the school at least 10 working days prior to attending the camps so suitable arrangements and support can be made. Additional costs could be incurred for 1:1 support.
• If your child is unwell whilst attending the camp, a member of staff will contact you to come and collect them as soon as possible.
• Cancellation and non-attendance is non-refundable.
