King's Lions Camps

• Booking and payment confirmation must be received before attending, children cannot book on the day.
• Children should arrive no later than 9.10am.
• Children should be picked up promptly at 4pm (unless the early drop off and late pick up option (wraparound) is pre-booked).
• Children must be signed in and out of the summer camps.
• All Summer Camp staff are qualified and DBS checked.

No day will be the same!  Please ensure your child is prepared for a mixture of activities and equipped appropriately. We advise the following items as a minimum:

• Snacks and a packed lunch. NB: we are a nut and shellfish free school - no nuts, sesame seeds, kiwi fruit or chewing gum allowed.
• Refillable drinks bottle
• Sports footwear (non-marking trainers or suitable footwear, studded footwear cannot be worn on the Astros)
• A spare set of clothing.
• Coat or rain jacket.
• Swimming costume, swim cap, towel

Childcare vouchers can be used to pay for Lions Camps.  Firstly, please book via 'Go Team Up',  create your child/children profile and then email lions@kingsmac.co.uk with the camp dates you would like to book. Payments made via Childcare vouchers are non-refundable.

The following terms and conditions will apply:

• Children under the age of 7 are not permitted to attend, likewise children who are 14 and over cannot attend.
• Children who have been sick or had diarrohea should not attend the camp until at least 48 hours have passed since their last symptoms.
• If your child is unwell or has a high temperature, they should not attend the camp until their symptoms have subsided.
• Children must be self sufficient in the use of toilet and changing facilities.
• Parents and carers must sign their children in and out of the camp. If your child is to be collected by another adult, please inform a member of the staff when signing in. A password or other security measures will be required.
• Parents /carers must inform staff each day if their children are unable to attend.
• Parents of children who have SENCo needs should advise the school at least 10 working days prior to attending the camps so suitable arrangements and support can be made. Additional costs could be incurred for 1:1 support.
• If your child is unwell whilst attending the camp, a member of staff will contact you to come and collect them as soon as possible. 
• Any cancellations or non-attendance is non-refundable.
