Year 13 Leavers Celebrate their Success at King's

King's final year school leavers followed suit when they held their Year 13 Ball at Shrigley Hall, just two days after their younger Year 11 counterparts.  It was a time for celebration of times past and anticipation for times ahead as the young men and women prepare to move on to the next stage of their lives.

Head of King's, Jason Slack, said: "We are incredibly proud of each and every one of our Year 13 students. Some have been at King’s since Pre-School and some joined us more recently for the Sixth Form, but they are all remarkable young people who have contributed to our school community in some way. This event is a celebration of their time at school and it marks the culmination of years of hard work, personal growth and transformation. But it also marks the beginning of a new chapter for them filled with promise, potential and purpose. For the staff, it can be a bitter sweet moment as we bid them a fond farewell, but remind them that they are welcome back any time and we hope they will retain strong links with King's."
