About Us
King’s is one of England’s great independent schools, with a history stretching back for more than five centuries and a reputation for delivering outstanding education. We welcome boys and girls aged 3 - 18 into our dynamic, stimulating and happy co-educational learning environment.
Admissions
King's is a selective school and the admissions for all age groups are handled by our Admissions Department, who would be only too happy to answer your questions. At King's, we do all we can to guide you through the process to make it as straightforward as possible.

At King's we deliver a broad and innovative curriculum, within a supportive and stimulating learning environment that fosters an atmosphere of intellectual challenge. One of our core aims is ‘to develop lively and enquiring minds’ with an inclusive approach to challenge and enrichment.

Whether in the Infants or Sixth Form, pupils will discover passions and develop talents they never knew they had. Co-Curricular
We are renowned for our excellence in music, drama, sport and other extra-curricular activities as well as being one of the largest Duke of Edinburgh Award Centres in the Country. Co-curricular opportunities start in the Infants right through to the Sixth Form.

Open Day

Our Whole School Open Day is being held on Saturday 10 October 2026 and is designed to provide parents and children with an insight into 'life at King's' and show all that we have to offer future pupils. We invite you to come along to meet our staff and pupils, have your questions answered and tour our facilities.
